The carbonara here is one of the best I have ever tried, very rich and creamy. The view over Rome is also really beautiful

This is a great Restaurant, with excellent local food and very inexpensive too. The owner is charming and you get a fantastic view of Rome in the distance. They do not speak a lot of English but it all adds to the charm.

For the primo piatto I had the Carbonara. It was simply the best Carbonara I've ever had. For secondo I had the Maiale. It was cooked to perfection. All in all it was a great meal..
